NOCO GB40 jump starter. Fits in your bag, no second car needed.
What's the difference between a battery charger and a jump starter?
A battery charger slowly restores your battery over hours. A jump starter gives a quick burst of power to start a dead car immediately. Both are useful — chargers for maintenance, jump starters for emergencies.
Can I leave a battery charger connected overnight?
Yes — if it's a smart charger like the NOCO Genius or Battery Tender. These automatically switch to maintenance mode when fully charged so they won't damage your battery.
What amp charger do I need?
For most cars: 5–10 amps is plenty. For trucks, SUVs, RVs, or diesels: go 10 amps or more. Higher amps = faster charge, but smart chargers manage this automatically.
Do these work on AGM or lithium batteries?
Most modern NOCO chargers do — look for "AGM" and "Lithium" modes in the specs. The Genius5 and Genius10 both support AGM, gel, and lithium batteries.
